I enjoy blending technical proficiency with open-ended creativity, efficiency with careful consideration, and confidence with curiosity. This means I will take a simple and effective approach to capturing your audio when appropriate, or I will work with you to get something much more ambitious and maybe even...unheard of :)
I am uniquely positioned to be nimble and discreet while recording high quality audio. I prioritize a flexible and highly dependable workflow. If needed, I am able to record directly to transmitters for extra discretion or in locations where RF transmission is banned.
I specialize in documentary, small crew location-based work, commercials, and simple narrative projects. I have an extensive local network for projects that demand a sound team or large deployments of sound gear.

My primary recording system utilizes Zaxcom gear. My core package includes the Nova, zmt4 transmitters, and DPA lavalier microphones. I have a high end microphone for any situation a production could find itself in, including the MKH50 and 4017b and a variety of studio and specialized microphones.
In addition to my core gear, I have a scalable IFB/Comtek system, Smart slate, Timecode boxes, additional wires, and much more!
